Method
Preheat your oven to 200C | 395F.
Add the cherry tomatoes, butter beans, olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs to your baking dish and mix together.
Nestle the block of feta (or the block cut into cubes or cute shapes) amongst the butter beans and squeeze over the lemon juic e.
Bake the feta for 25 - 30 minutes until the tomatoes are roasted, the butter beans are slightly crispy, and the feta is creamy and melty.
Top the beans with the lemon zest and basil leaves, and serve with crusty sourdough!
