These epic vegetarian stuffing balls are made with a unique twist - they’re stuffed with delicious brie and cranberry sauce! Cooked in just 15 minutes in the air fryer or 20 minutes in the oven, these stuffing balls are made with sage and onion stuffing, vegetarian sausages, and diced apple.

4vegetarian sausages
1packet of Paxo sage and onion stuffing
425mlboiling water
1tablespoonbutter
1applepeeled and grated
salt & pepper to taste
91cmcubes of brie
9teaspooncranberry sauce
Method
If using an oven, preheat your oven to 200C.
Make up your sage and onion stuffing with the water and butter according to the packet instructions
1 packet of Paxo sage and onion stuffing, 425 ml boiling water, 1 tbsp butter
Peel the vegetarian sausages from their skins, then combine the sausages, sage and onion stuffing, grated apple, and salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl.
4 vegetarian sausages, 1 packet of Paxo sage and onion stuffing, 1 apple, salt & pepper to taste
Prepare your cubed brie by topping each one with the cranberry sauce.
9 1cm cubes of brie, 9 tsp cranberry sauce
Roll the stuffing into nine patty shapes, then add a cube of cranberry and brie to the middle, shaping the stuffing mixture into a ball around it. Repeat for all nine stuffing balls.
Place in the air fryer at 200C for 15 minutes with a little cooking spray, or place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.
Delicious served with a roast dinner or even as a savoury snack dipped in gravy!
These cheesy veegtarian stuffing balls are a great way to use up leftover stuffing, ut are also a lovely way to elevate a standard stuffing ball.Best served immediately upon coking for maximum cheesy goodness.
