Put 1 tin of the white beans, the cream cheese, sour cream, spices, and buffalo sauce in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the blended sauce to the remaining white beans, half the cheese, and sliced spring onions.
Season with your salt and pepper and taste - adjust any seasonings based on your preferences.
Pour the dip into an oven-proof dish, and top with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake the white bean dip for 20 minutes, then grill for the final 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite vegetable crudites!
