White Bean Buffalo Dip

An incredibly moreish white bean buffalo dip, perfect for game nights, parties, or any hosting occasion!

Ingredients

  • 2 tins white beans (400g x 2
  • 200 g 1 cup cream cheese
  • 120 ml ½ cup sour cream
  • 60 ml ¼ cup cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • 40 g cheddar cheese
  • 40 g red leicester
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Put 1 tin of the white beans, the cream cheese, sour cream, spices, and buffalo sauce in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the blended sauce to the remaining white beans, half the cheese, and sliced spring onions.
  3. Season with your salt and pepper and taste - adjust any seasonings based on your preferences.
  4. Pour the dip into an oven-proof dish, and top with the remaining grated cheese.
  5. Bake the white bean dip for 20 minutes, then grill for the final 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite vegetable crudites!

Notes

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
You can freeze this dip before baking. Just thaw it overnight in the fridge, then bake as directed.
