Simply add all of your ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy!
1 cup Greek yoghurt, ½ cup salsa, Juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp salt, ¼ cup cilantro, 1 tsp cumin, 0.5 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp onion powder
Taste the dressing and adjust any ingredients to suit your preferences.
Take care not to overblend your salsa dressing - when using Greek yogurt as a base, I find that the dressing can turn too liquid-y quickly if you blend it for a long time. A few quick bursts should be enough to bring everything together!If you want a spicier version of this recipe, you could add a tablespoon of jalapenos or 2 tablespoon hot sauce.
