Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

Method

  1. Simply add all of your ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy!
    1 cup Greek yoghurt, ½ cup salsa, Juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp salt, ¼ cup cilantro, 1 tsp cumin, 0.5 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp onion powder
  2. Taste the dressing and adjust any ingredients to suit your preferences.

Notes

Take care not to overblend your salsa dressing - when using Greek yogurt as a base, I find that the dressing can turn too liquid-y quickly if you blend it for a long time. A few quick bursts should be enough to bring everything together!
If you want a spicier version of this recipe, you could add a tablespoon of jalapenos or 2 tablespoon hot sauce.
