200ggreen beans
1tablespoonolive oil
0.5teaspoonflaky sea salt
0.5teaspoonblack pepper
1garlic cloveminced
½lemonzest and juice
10gfresh parsleydiced

Method
Preheat your oven to 425F | 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the ends off of your green beans and add them to a mixing bowl.
200 g green beans
Drizzle the green beans with the olive oil, salt, and pepper (plus any other seasonings you feel compelled to use!) and mix well to ensure the green beans are evenly coated.
Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes or in the air fryer for 2 minutes.Freezer: Not recommended, as roasted green beans lose their crisp texture when frozen.
