This sausage and peppers recipe is an Italian-American sheet pan classic and is easy healthy comfort food at its finest. It requires just a handful of easy ingredients and is ready in just 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 390F (200C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Deseed your bell peppers and slice them into strips approximately 0.5-inches thick. Do the same with your white onion and add the vegetables to a baking sheet.

Slice the sausages into rounds, then add them to the baking sheet too.
