This 5-minutegarlic tahini yogurt sauce contains five ingredients and is a delicious dip or sauce for a range of meals.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2tbsp tahini
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 20g coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mince your garlic and chop your coriander finely.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.
- Iptionally, drizzle the top of the tahini yogurt sauce with extra-virgin olive oil!
Notes
Instead of chopping all the ingredients yourself. you could also just place them all in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy! Adjust the ingredients based on your personal preferences.
