This creamy 5-minute garlic tahini yogurt sauce is so easy to make, and delicious served in a wide variety of ways. It contains just five ingredients, so is easy to whip up and serve alongside your main dish.

This 5-minutegarlic tahini yogurt sauce contains five ingredients and is a delicious dip or sauce for a range of meals.


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 20g coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Mince your garlic and chop your coriander finely.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.
  3. Iptionally, drizzle the top of the tahini yogurt sauce with extra-virgin olive oil!


Instead of chopping all the ingredients yourself. you could also just place them all in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy! Adjust the ingredients based on your personal preferences.
