I have a confession: washing up is my least favourite part of cooking (and we don't have a dishwasher, so there's always SO MUCH washing up!). So naturally, one-pot dinners have become my absolute best friend in the kitchen.

There's something genuinely magical about throwing all your ingredients into one pan, letting it bubble away, and emerging with something absolutely delicious. No stress, no fuss, no mountains of dishes at the end - just really good food that tastes like you spent way more effort than you actually did. And the best part? All that flavour concentrates in one place, so every bite is packed with exactly what you want to taste.
